Free, open to everybody  / Categories civilians - military - group - Nordic Walking. 6 distances: 7 km  (family) - 10 - 16 - 20 - 30 or 40 Km.

Marked out with fixed and flying monitoring stations.

Possible until the day before you walk on Swiss Post Account # 10 - 5332 - 5, Lausanne NCO Association, or the link above. The groups do provide a list with names of walkers.
The proof of payment must be shown before to start.
Day of the March Registration = 3 Swiss Francs extra.


18 Swiss Francs (about 18 US$) each walker with the medal / 10.- CHF (about 10 US$) without the medal but one glass MRGG

2 routes with medal = 18 Swiss Francs
2 routes with glas = 16 Swiss Francs


Each walker having achieved one of the course and paid the finance of 18 CHF (about 18 US$) will receive the medal memory. Bars with mention of the distances.


Possibility of housing in a nuclear fallout shelter for 25 CHF each person including breakfast.

All the walkers have got to be personally insured against the accidents. The organizer assumes no responsibility in no way.
